Our video technicians installed a series of projectors, projectors screens and televisions at an elementary school in Columbus, Ohio for a training seminar. In the main training space we set up two projectors and screens that were installed to display the same presentation from one computer. We also set up two TV's on truss to display a live feed from another computer. In the remaining three rooms we set up a projector and a screen for more presentations. Lastly there was a small sound package and podium installed for the presenter in the main event space.
Our lighting technicians installed bistro lights for a Victoria's Secret PINK campus ambassador event near Easton Town Center in central Ohio.
We installed audio and video equipment for a St. Charles Preparatory presentation. We had a live audio engineer and video technician on site to control the microphones, music and videos on the televisions.
We provided stages, tents, tables and corn hole games for the Smart Cities ribbon cutting ceremony in downtown Columbus Ohio.
We installed all the audio equipment for a band, set up lights and built a stage for the Apron Gala fundraiser at the North Market in Columbus, Ohio. Our sound engineer ran audio for the band during the entire performance. We also had a lighting technician control the lights.
Our lighting technicians installed lights for the VIP section at a memorial benefit concert at Express Live in Columbus, Ohio. We used a combination of Elars, stage lighting with gobo designs and moving heads on top of truss structures to bring the VIP area to life. Our video technicians also ran a line from inside the VIP area to the outside concert venue so a live feed of Keith Urban could air on the projector screens inside.
Our lighting technicians installed bistro lights inside and outside a tent for an event at the Columbus Zoo.
Our lighting technicians installed a variety of lights for the Alumni Award night at Otterbein University. Up lighting was installed all along the walls in the downstairs area and under the dessert tables. Small pin spot lights were also used to light up the floral display in the center of the room. Upstairs we used stage lighting to shine beautiful patterns on the ceiling. We also hung drapes, that were lined with elegant bistro lights, from the second floor ceiling to the first floor ceiling. Our lighting technicians programmed all the lights to be amber the first part of the night. The lights were then changed to red for the rest of the night.
Our video and audio technicians installed speakers, microphones, televisions and a stage for the Heartland High event at the Ivory Room. Our technicians also used a mixer and video switcher during the event to control the power point presentations and audio for the microphones and speakers.
We always enjoy helping out the National Church Residences with their events by installing backdrop drapes for their presentations. This event we installed our black velour drapes at the First Community Village.
The stagehand technicians at Apex Event Production installed a wheel chair ramp and stage railings in the event center at the Hollywood Casino! We were even able to attach the wheel chair ramp to a stage owned by the casino.
We installed rainbow up lighting, moving heads and lights with gobos for a corporate event at the Bluestone in Columbus, Ohio. We also built a truss system to support an aerialist performer.
