We set up a stage, microphones, speakers, hung lights from the ceiling, televisions, and installed two gobo lights with a customized image for the OSU College of Engineering at the Ivory Room in Columbus, Ohio. During the alumni awards ceremony we had an audio engineer control the audio levels of the speakers and microphones during the presentations. We also had a video engineer run a video switcher and control the power point presentation that appeared on the televisions to help the audience follow along with the presentations.

Fintech71 Showcase Gala
We helped Fintech71 with their showcase gala at the Huntington building in downtown Columbus, Ohio. We installed a stage, a podium and podium microphone, a wireless microphone, a projector, a projector screen and back drop drapes for the presentations. We also ran power to 24 monitors and tables for the new startup companies display booths. During the event we had a sound engineer control the audio for the presentations and music before and after the event. We also had a video engineer control a video switcher to help change between the different power point presentations for all the new companies presenting.
OSU College of Veterinary Event
We are thrilled the Ohio State University College of Veterinary chose Apex Event Production to install a stage, speakers, microphone and a clear podium for their event.
Abrasive Technology Trade Show
Apex Event Production installed black drapes, multiple televisions and a lot of wireless up lighting for a trade show at Abrasive Technology Inc. We provided all the power cords for the televisions and connected the televisions to their computers with HDMI connections.
Surface Combustion Heat Treat
We are glad that we were able to assist Surface Combustion with their Heat Treat event at the North Market. We installed a stage, lights for the stage, audio equipment and two lights with the Surface Combustion logo. One logo light was installed to appear behind the stage and the other was installed to appear on the floor of the North Market.
Rowe Fashion Show 2017
We set up lights and audio for the Rowe Boutique fashion show at the Idea Foundry. We hung lights from the support beams, upstairs balcony and set up lights on the runway. We also hung bistro lights above the pop up store in the room next to the fashion show.

Gay Pride Festival 2014
We were contracted by Time Warner Cable to design and construct from the bottom up every aspect of their "booth" at the Gay Pride Festival. We constructed the booth itself form 12" box truss and hung pride banners, fabric and lighting from it. We also provided an audio system, HDTV and a custom made charging station for visitors to charge up their mobile devices while visiting the booth.
