Our stagehand technicians and video technicians installed a variety of equipment for a Kentucky Derby Party at Genoa Park in Columbus, Ohio. Four televisions and a projector were attached to a truss structure above the bar. We also installed two stages, one for the band and another for the VIP section. Behind the stages we installed drapes and up lighting. We also provided red carpets, coffee tables, side tables, red rope stanchions and smaller televisions for the VIP section.
We provided the stage, lighting and audio equipment for the annual Beaux Arts Spring Ball in Lexington, Kentucky. Our stage was set up as a runway. Some of our lights were hung across the top of the stage using our truss and booms. Then our moving heads were installed at the back of the stage. A variety of our speakers and subs were used and set up across the stage and in front of the stage.
Our stagehand technicians installed a stage with stage rails and stage steps at the McFerson Commons in downtown Columbus, Ohio. We also used our crank towers to hold a 30 foot wide truss structure in the air to display the banners for the Aids Walk event.
We installed televisions, a mixer and a video switcher at the Big Bang Dueling Piano Bar for a non profit event. The hosts of the event used our equipment to play different power point presentations on our televisions.
Our video and audio technicians installed speakers, microphones, televisions and a stage for the Heartland High event at the Ivory Room. Our technicians also used a mixer and video switcher during the event to control the power point presentations and audio for the microphones and speakers.
Our technicians installed sound equipment, wireless microphones and televisions for an event at the Idea Foundry. A slide show presentation from a computer was displayed on the televisions during the event. The sound from the presentation and microphones were set to play out of the speakers. A mixer was used control the audio levels of the speakers and microphones.
We set up a stage, backdrop drapes and a customized direct projection light at a school in Columbus, Ohio for the Driven Foundations' Thanksgiving celebration.

This was a benefit concert for Nationwide Children's Hospital held at the Lifestyle Community Pavilion. We incorporated many different lighting textures throughout the indoor space and provided giant preserved palm trees and banners to help theme the event.
The Go Red for Women campaign is an annual fund raiser for the American Heart Association. We used a huge logo on the backdrop along with red accents on the draping beside it. Many different production aspect went into this event including audio cue, video cues and stage management.
This event is one of the more hot and grueling events that we undertake. The installation is over two days with the majority of the work being done starting in the wee hours of the morning. Our staff managed the entire event from start to finish including tent, table, chair, audio and video installation and strike.
For this project we created a runway for a fashion show in which everyone wore red. Additionally we had a full stage wash, a backline wash and spot lights for the models. We also used a wireless poling technology to pole the audience about heart disease and stroke.
