We were contracted by Time Warner Cable to design and construct from the bottom up every aspect of their “booth” at the Gay Pride Festival. We constructed the booth itself form 12″ box truss and hung pride banners, fabric and lighting from it. We also provided an audio system, HDTV and a custom made charging station for visitors to charge up their mobile devices while visiting the booth.
We installed black drapes as as backdrop for a John Legend and Axe Promotion at a high school in Columbus, Ohio.
Our video technicians installed a projector and rear viewing projector screen for an event at the Darby House in Columbus, Ohio. A mixer and feedback suppressor was also installed to help control the audio for our microphones and speakers. We also provided an acrylic podium.
This was a benefit concert for Nationwide Children’s Hospital held at the Lifestyle Community Pavilion. We incorporated many different lighting textures throughout the indoor space and provided giant preserved palm trees and banners to help theme the event.
The lighting technicians and stagehand technicians at Apex Event Production installed truss and lights for the She Believes Cup at Mapfre Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. The lights were programmed to display red, white and blue colors over the entry way the soccer players used to enter to the field.
We installed audio equipment and a stage for the Jack Roth 5k Run in Columbus Ohio. We also set up a pipe and base step and repeat for their banner.

The music group Culture Wars used our lights for a concert at Skullys Music Diner in Columbus, Ohio. Culture Wars used our elars in the back of the stage and our slimpars were used as up lighting in the corners of the stage.
We installed a variety of audio equipment including speakers, subs, monitors, microphones and feedback suppressors for an event at the Ivory Room in Columbus, Ohio.
We designed, built and installed the front of a barn for the Ohio State Fair 50th Sale of Champions.
The technicians at Apex Event Production built a primitive wood fence and sand dunes for the new Silk Road exhibit at Cosi. The fence was constructed out of trees in which we sprayed to be fire proof. The sand dunes were made out of foam and covered in stucco for a sandy texture.
We installed a 40 inch stage for the press at an annual ice cream social in Cedarville, Ohio.
