The State Auto Christmas display is an ongoing project of ours that is constantly evolving and changing. Currently we are working on updating the nativity scenes with a more 3D look and feel all while maintaining the figures of the nativity and the lighting / decor on the building.
Our video and audio technicians set up a projector, a projector screen, speakers, a podium microphone and a wireless microphone for a training seminar with the Performance Academies. We also installed a mixer and showed our customers how to use the mixer so they could control the audio levels for the speakers, microphones and projector.
We installed truss for a tailgate in Westerville, Ohio and on the Ohio State University campus.
This seemingly simple ground breaking ceremony used equipment similar to what you would see at larger events only on a smaller scale. There was a 40x’40 frame tent, tables, chairs, generators and one of our JBL sound packages to make sure the presenters were heard.
We installed rainbow up lighting, moving heads and lights with gobos for a corporate event at the Bluestone in Columbus, Ohio. We also built a truss system to support an aerialist performer.
Our technicians set up a variety of audio and video equipment for a video presentation. They also set the microphone levels for the presenters during the presentation. A video technician used a video switcher to switch between the presentation and videos.
This event was held in the clients multipurpose room so show case the different departments of the company.
The stagehand technicians at Apex Event Production installed a wheel chair ramp and stage railings in the event center at the Hollywood Casino! We were even able to attach the wheel chair ramp to a stage owned by the casino.
Our lighting technicians installed stage lights and a spot light for a fashion show in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The lights were hooked up to a wireless control board for easy controlling and dimming effects. One light was used as a spot light for the center of the runway.
We were contracted by Time Warner Cable to design and construct from the bottom up every aspect of their “booth” at the Gay Pride Festival. We constructed the booth itself form 12″ box truss and hung pride banners, fabric and lighting from it. We also provided an audio system, HDTV and a custom made charging station for visitors to charge up their mobile devices while visiting the booth.
We always enjoy helping out the National Church Residences with their events by installing backdrop drapes for their presentations. This event we installed our black velour drapes at the First Community Village.
We installed a series of televisions, microphones and speakers at three different locations in Columbus, Ohio for a video seminar.
