Rear View Projection Presentation
We set up a projector behind a projector screen using rear view projection at the Ivory Room in Columbus Ohio. We also installed speakers, a mixer and microphones for the video presentation.
2018 Events
LaCroix Installation
Our technicians built and installed a portable wall for a LaCroix exhibit in the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The wall had two sides and was 8 feet tall by 8 feet wide.
Performance Academies Video Seminar
Our video and audio technicians set up a projector, a projector screen, speakers, a podium microphone and a wireless microphone for a training seminar with the Performance Academies. We also installed a mixer and showed our customers how to use the mixer so they could control the audio levels for the speakers, microphones and projector.
Tailgate Truss Structure
We installed truss for a tailgate in Westerville, Ohio and on the Ohio State University campus.
Quantum Health Event
We installed rainbow up lighting, moving heads and lights with gobos for a corporate event at the Bluestone in Columbus, Ohio. We also built a truss system to support an aerialist performer.
Fifth Third Video Presentation
Our technicians set up a variety of audio and video equipment for a video presentation. They also set the microphone levels for the presenters during the presentation. A video technician used a video switcher to switch between the presentation and videos.
Hollywood Casino Ramp
The stagehand technicians at Apex Event Production installed a wheel chair ramp and stage railings in the event center at the Hollywood Casino! We were even able to attach the wheel chair ramp to a stage owned by the casino.
Out of the Closet Fashion Show Lights
Our lighting technicians installed stage lights and a spot light for a fashion show in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The lights were hooked up to a wireless control board for easy controlling and dimming effects. One light was used as a spot light for the center of the runway.
National Church Residences Drapes
We always enjoy helping out the National Church Residences with their events by installing backdrop drapes for their presentations. This event we installed our black velour drapes at the First Community Village.
Aqua Ohio Video Seminar Series
We installed a series of televisions, microphones and speakers at three different locations in Columbus, Ohio for a video seminar.
Heartland High
Our video and audio technicians installed speakers, microphones, televisions and a stage for the Heartland High event at the Ivory Room. Our technicians also used a mixer and video switcher during the event to control the power point presentations and audio for the microphones and speakers.
Squire Patton Boggs Audio
We set up white up lighting, speakers, a mixer and wireless microphones at an event in Columbus, Ohio. An audio technician ran the mixer board and controlled the microphone audio levels during the event.
