2018 Events

Columbus Partnership Presentation

Our technicians installed sound equipment, wireless microphones and televisions for an event at the Idea Foundry. A slide show presentation from a computer was displayed on the televisions during the event. The sound from the presentation and microphones were set to play out of the speakers. A mixer was used control the audio levels of the speakers and microphones.

Heartland High

Our video and audio technicians installed speakers, microphones, televisions and a stage for the Heartland High event at the Ivory Room. Our technicians also used a mixer and video switcher during the event to control the power point presentations and audio for the microphones and speakers.

Play4Kay Video

We installed televisions, a mixer and a video switcher at the Big Bang Dueling Piano Bar for a non profit event. The hosts of the event used our equipment to play different power point presentations on our televisions.

Aids Walk 2018

Our stagehand technicians installed a stage with stage rails and stage steps at the McFerson Commons in downtown Columbus, Ohio. We also used our crank towers to hold a 30 foot wide truss structure in the air to display the banners for the Aids Walk event.

Derby Party

Our stagehand technicians and video technicians installed a variety of equipment for a Kentucky Derby Party at Genoa Park in Columbus, Ohio. Four televisions and a projector were attached to a truss structure above the bar. We also installed two stages, one for the band and another for the VIP section. Behind the stages we installed drapes and up lighting. We also provided red carpets, coffee tables, side tables, red rope stanchions and smaller televisions for the VIP section.

Heart Walk 2018

We installed audio and video equipment on stage for the American Heart Association event Heart Walk. We also built truss structures for the start and finish lines, hung banners for sponsors and set up the VIP area.

Art For Life 2018

We installed several lights with custom gobos, up lighting and televisions at an art auction at the Columbus Museum of Art in central Ohio.
