This event was held at McPherson Park located across from Nationwide Arena. The park itself is very long so providing sound reinforcement for all to hear was difficult. We used our life array towers along with our JBL VRX system to spread the sound across the park. We also provided an secondary sound system for the runners and walkers to hear everything while at the starting line.
We installed audio and video equipment on stage for the American Heart Association event Heart Walk. We also built truss structures for the start and finish lines, hung banners for sponsors and set up the VIP area.
This “event” was an installation we did for COSI in Columbus Ohio. They had a mobile exhibit of dinosaurs come to town and they asked us to provide the landscape which consisted of rocks cut out of foam, artificial trees and wood shavings that were tinted green to act as the grass. Along with the decor for each scene we were contracted to come up with a barrier idea that would stay within the theme. We used split bamboo fencing to create that barrier and to prevent the patrons from getting to close to the moving dinosaurs.
We installed several lights with custom gobos, up lighting and televisions at an art auction at the Columbus Museum of Art in central Ohio.
For this project we created a runway for a fashion show in which everyone wore red. Additionally we had a full stage wash, a backline wash and spot lights for the models. We also used a wireless poling technology to pole the audience about heart disease and stroke.
We set up speakers, lavaliere microphones, a mixer and provided several director chairs for a meet and greet fundraising event in Columbus, Ohio. We also had an audio engineer on site during the event to run the audio equipment and control sound levels.
This event is one of the more hot and grueling events that we undertake. The installation is over two days with the majority of the work being done starting in the wee hours of the morning. Our staff managed the entire event from start to finish including tent, table, chair, audio and video installation and strike.

The Go Red for Women campaign is an annual fund raiser for the American Heart Association. We used a huge logo on the backdrop along with red accents on the draping beside it. Many different production aspect went into this event including audio cue, video cues and stage management.
This was a benefit concert for Nationwide Children’s Hospital held at the Lifestyle Community Pavilion. We incorporated many different lighting textures throughout the indoor space and provided giant preserved palm trees and banners to help theme the event.
We set up a stage, backdrop drapes and a customized direct projection light at a school in Columbus, Ohio for the Driven Foundations’ Thanksgiving celebration.
Our technicians installed sound equipment, wireless microphones and televisions for an event at the Idea Foundry. A slide show presentation from a computer was displayed on the televisions during the event. The sound from the presentation and microphones were set to play out of the speakers. A mixer was used control the audio levels of the speakers and microphones.
